Stage of Work

How we interact

THE FIRST PHASE

The first stage is the general consultation.

During this phase, architects gather detailed information about the type of project, its location and estimated duration.

This includes meetings and discussions with the customer to understand their needs and expectations.

At this stage, architects draw up an initial sketch and a summary of similar projects carried out before to give a clear idea about the possibilities of realization.

SECOND PHASE

The second stage involves the submission of the detailed offer.

This offer contains a detailed description of all work to be performed, including materials, technologies and services provided.

Also, the financial conditions are defined, including the total price and payment methods.

The bid also details the timelines and any other important aspects of the project. The client examines the offer and if he agrees, the cooperation contract is signed.

THE THIRD PHASE

The third phase begins after the client’s agreement for cooperation and includes the provision of an advance of 50% of the total amount of the contract. At this stage, detailed discussions are held on the organization of the space, style and specific preferences of the client.

The launch of the project is officially done and the studio starts working on the project and within a period of 20-30 days from the signing of the contract, the first version of the project is delivered.

The client has the opportunity to be active during this process, providing comments and desired changes, and the studio is ready to make up to 3 variants of the design to meet the client’s requirements.

THE FOURTH PHASE

The final phase includes the final approval of the project by the client and the delivery of the completed project.

This deliverable includes all implementation details such as dimensions, wiring, ceilings and other elements specified during the design phases.

After all the necessary documents have been submitted, the remaining payment is made.

The completion of the project does not mark the end of the collaboration, as the studio remains in constant contact with the client to address any problems or uncertainties that may arise during the implementation of the project in the field.
